Please book only one appointment, unless we've communicated otherwise. If you'd like a regular appointment, please speak with me first so I can make a recurring appointment for you. 

Keep in mind that for therapy appointments, I will need to be able to confirm your identity, location (within the state of CO and specific address) and physical safety at the start of every session.

Cancellation Policy: Any appointment not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will accrue a fee of half the session cost (or $87.50, whichever is greater).
